You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order ships. On this confirmation will be a link that will take you directly to the freight carriers´ website so that you can track your order online. From our Order History page you can also locate the tracker number at the bottom of your invoice and this is also a link to track your package.

   Returns are normally accepted when completed within 15 days from date of shipment (30 days if product is defective). This does not include items identified as "NC/NR" or "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" ("Non-Standard Products like CDROM"). We will also accept exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 30 days of the ship date as long as the products were originally purchased from TELWIS and are still in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we will be responsible to pay the resend postage.
